As execution domain support is gone we can remove
signal translation from the signal code and remove
exec_domain from thread_info.

If an attacker can cause a controlled kernel stack overflow, overwriting
the restart block is a very juicy exploit target. This is because the
restart_block is held in the same memory allocation as the kernel stack.
Moving the restart block to struct task_struct prevents this exploit by
making the restart_block harder to locate.
Note that there are other fields in thread_info that are also easy
targets, at least on some architectures.
It's also a decent simplification, since the restart code is more or less
identical on all architectures.

The SoC serial port driver uses a high priority interrupt to handle tx of
characters in the tx ring buffer. The driver needs to disable/enable this IRQ
from outside of irq context. The original code to do this is not foolproof on
SMP machines because the IRQ running on one core could still access the serial
port for a short time after the driver running on another core disables the
interrupt. This patch adds a flag to tell the IRQ handler that the driver
wants to disable the interrupt. After seeing the flag, the IRQ handler will
immediately disable the interrupt and exit. After setting the flag, the driver
will wait for interrupt to be disabled by the IRQ handler.

Save the current exception frame pointer in the thread_info struct rather than
in a global variable as the latter makes SMP tricky, especially when preemption
is also enabled.
This also replaces __frame with current_frame() and rearranges header file
inclusions to make it all compile.

Make the FPU operate in non-lazy mode under SMP so that when the process that
is currently using the FPU migrates to a different CPU, we don't have to ping
its previous CPU to flush the FPU context.

Add architecture support for the MN10300/AM33 CPUs produced by MEI to the
kernel.
This patch also adds board support for the ASB2303 with the ASB2308 daughter
board, and the ASB2305. The only processor supported is the MN103E010, which
is an AM33v2 core plus on-chip devices.
