support for Samsung Exynos 4 boards (smdk310 and Origen) are
broken upstream, likely due to regressions: both defconfigs are
wrong and regulator settings for both boards are broken. That,
allied with some bug at the dummy regulator driver, causes OOPSes
during boot time.
Long story short: even fixing the above, the proposed patches
OOPSed when running the DMABUF test. Not sure yet if the OOPSes
are due to some other undetected regressions, or due to some bug
on the patches.
Due to the above, DMABUF patches for vb2 got NACKed for 3.7."

The MIPI-CSI2 bus data alignment is now being derived from the media
bus pixel code, the drivers don't use the corresponding structure
fields, so remove them. Also remove the s5p_csis_phy_enable callback
which is now used directly by s5p-csis driver.

Fix up mostly trivial conflicts, with the exception of
drivers/usb/host/ehci-omap.c in particular, which had some
re-organization of the reset sequence (commit 1a49e2ac9651: "EHCI:
centralize controller initialization") that clashed with commit
2761a63945 ("mfd: USB: Fix the omap-usb EHCI ULPI PHY reset fix
issues").
In particular, commit 2761a63945 moved the usb_add_hcd() to the
*middle* of the reset sequence, which clashes fairly badly with the
reset sequence re-organization (although it could have been done inside
the new omap_ehci_init() function).
I left that part of commit 2761a63945 just undone.

Add irq domain support for max8997 interrupts. The reverse mapping method
used is linear mapping since the sub-drivers of max8997 such as regulator
and charger drivers can use the max8997 irq_domain to get the linux irq
number for max8997 interrupts. All uses of irq_base in platform data and
max8997 driver private data are removed.

Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as well.
We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally dropped the
obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never have to touch
that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were due
to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups

The atmel_mxt_ts driver has been extended to support more 'configuration
objects' in commit 81c88a711 ("Input: atmel_mxt_ts - update object list"),
what broke the configuration values for NURI board. These values are
optional anyway, so remove them to get the driver working correctly.

On some versions of NURI and UniversalC210 boards, camera clocks are
routed directly to xusbxti clock source. This patch sets the correct
value for this clock to let usb and camera sensors to work correctly and
avoid division by zero on driver's probe.

Thomas Arbrahams's patchset have changed the device name in sdhci-s3c.c
(mmc: sdhci-s3c: Rework platform data and add device tree support)
But didn't change the regulator_consumer name.
So maybe didn't initialize the mmc/sd card for exynos4.
This patch is fixed that (based-on linux-samsung for-next branch)

referencing this function should also be defined with __init attribute.
nuri_camera_init() is referenced only in '__init nuri_machine_init()', thus
this change won't put any additional constraint on the usage of

The real LCD resolution on Nuri is 1024x600, not 1280x800. This change
fixes the color distortion (green shadows) on half of the screen.
Also increase framebuffer virtual size for display panning support.

Add support for generic power domain for Exynos4 platforms and remove the
Samsung specific power domain control for Exynos4.
The generic power domain infrastructure is used to control the power domains
available on Exynos4. For non-dt platforms, the power domains are statically
instantiated. For dt platforms, the power domain nodes found in the device
tree are instantiated.
