Axel Lin d8851a0d4f spi: efm32: Fix build error 
Obviously the of_device_id table name is wrong.

Fix below build error:

Wei Yongjun 1f6301593d spi: spi-efm32: remove redundant dev_err call in efm32_spi_probe() 
There is a error message within devm_ioremap_resource
already, so remove the dev_err call to avoid redundant
error message.
