Paul Mundt 9c57548f17 sh: rts7751r2d board updates. 
This tidies up some of the rts7751r2d mess and gets it booting
again. Update the defconfig, too.

Paul Mundt adf1890b0c sh: Move voyagergx_reg.h to a more sensible place. 
Other boards require this as well, so move it out of the
rts7751r2d directory.
