Thomas Gleixner d0380e6c3c early_printk: consolidate random copies of identical code
The early console implementations are the same all over the place. Move
the print function to kernel/printk and get rid of the copies.

Alan Cox 1ea7c6737c x86/config: Revamp configuration for MID devices
This follows on from the patch applied in 3.2rc1 which creates
an INTEL_MID configuration. We can now add the entry for
Medfield specific code. After this is merged the final patch
will be submitted which moves the rest of the device Kconfig
dependancies to MRST/MEDFIELD/INTEL_MID as appropriate.

Mika Westerberg b82e324b3c serial, mfd: don't hardcode the console

Feng Tang 4d033556f1 x86, earlyprintk: Add hsu early console for Intel Medfield platform
Intel Medfield platform has a high speed UART device, which
could act as a early console. To enable early printk of HSU
console, simply add "earlyprintk=hsu" in kernel command line.

Currently we put the code in the early_printk_mrst.c as it is
also for Intel MID platforms like the mrst early console

Feng Tang c20b5c3318 x86, earlyprintk: Add earlyprintk for Intel Moorestown platform
Intel Moorestown platform has a spi-uart device(Maxim3110),
which connects to a Designware spi core controller. This patch
will add early console function based on it.

As it will be used long before Linux spi subsystem get
initialised, we simply directly manipulate the spi controller's
register to acheive the early console func. This is safe as it
will be disabled when devices subsytem get initialised.

To use it, user need enable CONFIG_X86_MRST_EARLY_PRINTK in
kenrel config and add "earlyprintk=mrst" in kernel command line.

Jason Wessel ea3acb199a x86: earlyprintk: Fix regression to handle serial, ttySn as 1 arg
Commit c953094 ("early_printk: Allow more than one early console")
introduced a regression in the parsing of the earlyprintk= kernel
arguments.

If you specify "earlyprintk=serial,ttyS0,115200" as a kernel
argument, the "serial, ttyS" should be parsed as a single argument
and not as "serial" and then "ttyS".

Also update the documentation to reflect you can specify the ttyS
directly without the "serial" argument.

Jason Wessel c9530948bc early_printk: Allow more than one early console
It is desirable to be able to use one early boot device to debug
another or to have multiple places you can see the early boot
diagnostics, such as the vga screen or serial device.

This patch changes the early_printk console device registration to
allow more than one early printk device to get registered via
register_console().

This is a cycling dependency between asm/pgtable.h and linux/mmzone.h
when using CONFIG_SPARSEMEM. Rather than hacking up the headers some
more, remove asm/pgtable.h, since early_printk.c doesn't actually need
it.
