Manuel Lauss 4294ad1c52 MIPS: Alchemy: Fix DB1100 GPIO registration
With CONFIG_GPIOLIB=y gpios need to be requested before they can be
modified. Request the SD carddetect pins, and drop the SPI direction
setup, as the driver does that for us anyway. This gets rid of a
lot of WARN_ON()s triggered by GPIO core, and restores functionality
of the touschreen controller.

The PB1100/1500 are similar to their DB-cousins but with a few
more devices on the bus.

This patch adds PB1100/1500 support to the existing DB1100/1500

Manuel Lauss 24e8c1a611 MIPS: Alchemy: merge PB1550 support into DB1550 code
The PB1550 is more or less a DB1550 without the PCI IDE controller,
a more complicated (read: configurable) Flash setup and some other
minor changes. Like the DB1550 it can be automatically detected by
reading the CPLD ID register bits.

This patch adds PB1550 detection and setup to the DB1550 code.

Manuel Lauss 6c2be5cf1d MIPS: Alchemy: handle db1200 cpld ints as they come in
Remove the loop in the cascade handler and instead unconditionally
handle just the first set interrupt coming from the CPLD.

This gets rid of a lot of spurious interrupts being triggered for
the SMSC91111 ethernet chip especially under high(er) IDE load:
"eth0: spurious interrupt (mask = 0xb3)"

Verified on DB1200 and DB1300.

Manuel Lauss f2711be0f9 MIPS: Alchemy: db1200: Improve PB1200 detection.
The PB1200 has the CPLD located at an address which on the DB1200 is
RAM; reading the Board-ID sometimes results in a PB1200 being detected
instead (especially during reboots after long uptimes).
On the other hand, the address of the DB1200's CPLD is hosting Flash
chips on the PB1200. Test for the DB1200 first and additionally do a
quick write-test to the hexleds register to make sure we're writing
to the CPLD.

Manuel Lauss d4f07ae748 MIPS, IDE: Alchem, au1xxx-ide: Remove pb1200/db1200 header dep
au1xxx-ide uses defines from the pb1200/db1200 headers:
get DBDMA ID through platform resource information,
hardcode register spacing. The only 2 users of this driver (and
the only boards it can really work on realiably) use the same
register layout.

Disable the cascade IRQ in the cascade handler. This is required to
get the DB1300 working, and also gets rid of all spurious interrupts
previously observed on the DB1200; so Config[OD] can be disabled
again for better performance.

Manuel Lauss 5b0912be7a ASoC: au1x: remove automatic DMA device registration from PSC drivers
The PSC audio drivers (psc-ac97/psc-i2s) register the DMA platform_device
on their own. This is frowned upon, from now on board code must
register a simple pcm dma platform device for each PSC with sound duties.

Manuel Lauss b7f720d68c MIPS: Alchemy: Clean up GPIO registers and accessors
remove au_readl/au_writel, remove the predefined GPIO1/2 KSEG1 register
addresses and fix the fallout in all boards and drivers.

This also fixes a bug in the mtx-1_wdt driver which was introduced by
commit 6ea8115bb6
("Convert mtx1 wdt to be a platform device and use generic GPIO API")
before this patch mtx-1_wdt only modified GPIO215, the patch then
used the gpio resource information as bit index into the GPIO2 register
but the conversion to the GPIO API didn't realize that.
With this patch the drivers original behaviour is restored and GPIO15
is left alone.

Thomas Gleixner d24c1a26ca MIPS: Alchemy: Convert to new irq chip functions
Fix the deadlock in set_type() while at it:

The code called set_irq_chip_and_handler_name() resp. set_irq_chip()
from the set_type() callback. That only works on UP and lock debugging
disabled. Otherwise it would dead lock on desc->lock.

__irq_set_chip_handler_name_locked() avoids that.
