Linus Walleij	9c587c05d7	ARM: 7045/1: mach-lpc32xx: break out GPIO driver specifics ... The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own header file. Linus Walleij	f80cb526e3	ARM: 7044/1: mach-lpc32xx: move LPC32XX GPIO driver to GPIO subsystem ... As per example from the other ARM boards, push the LPC32XX GPIO driver down to the GPIO subsystem so it can be consolidated.
