Alexander Beregalov 6fdc7f80c9 Staging: wlan-ng: remove dependency on WIRELESS_EXT version 
As the driver is in mainline now we can remove such dependency.
WIRELESS_EXT is 22 now and it is always defined.

Kroah-Hartman <greg@kroah.com> and don't bother the upstream wireless
kernel developers about it, they want nothing to do with it.
