Bernhard Walle 18a01a3beb Use BOOTMEM_EXCLUSIVE for kdump
Use the BOOTMEM_EXCLUSIVE, introduced in the previous patch, to avoid
conflicts while reserving the memory for the kdump capture kernel
(crashkernel=).
