Franck Bui-Huu cbb8fc0797 [MIPS] paging_init(): use highend_pfn/highstart_pfn ... This patch makes paging_init() use highend_pfn/highstart_pfn globals. It removes the need of 'high' local which was needed only by HIGHMEM config.
