failures with some configurations.
Stone Piao provides an mwifiex sequence numbering fix and a fix
to prevent mwifiex from attempting to include eapol frames in an
aggregation frame.
Finally, Tom Hughes provides an ath9k fix for a NULL pointer
dereference.
