Byungchul Park e121d64e16 locking/lockdep: Introduce CONFIG_BOOTPARAM_LOCKDEP_CROSSRELEASE_FULLSTACK=y 
Add a Kconfig knob that enables the lockdep "crossrelease_fullstack" boot parameter.
