meson: Replace softmmu_ss -> system_ss We use the user_ss[] array to hold the user emulation sources, and the softmmu_ss[] array to hold the system emulation ones. Hold the latter in the 'system_ss[]' array for parity with user emulation. target/loongarch: Restrict 'qapi-commands-machine.h' to system emulation Since commit a0e61807a3 ("qapi: Remove QMP events and commands from user-mode builds") we don't generate the "qapi-commands-machine.h" header in a user-emulation-only build. Extract the QMP functions from cpu.c (which is always compiled) to the new 'loongarch-qmp-cmds.c' unit (which is only compiled when system emulation is selected). The generation of decode-insns.c.inc into ./libcommon.fa.p/ could eventually result in conflict, if any other host requires the same trick, but this is good enough for now. target/loongarch: Add loongarch kvm into meson build Add kvm.c into meson.build to compile it when kvm is configed. Meanwhile in meson.build, we set the kvm_targets to loongarch64-softmmu when the cpu is loongarch. And fix the compiling error when config is enable-kvm,disable-tcg.
