target-ppc: QOM'ify CPU

Embed CPUPPCState as first member of PowerPCCPU.
Distinguish between "powerpc-cpu", "powerpc64-cpu" and
"embedded-powerpc-cpu".

Let CPUClass::reset() call cpu_state_reset() for now.
