hw/rdma/vmw/pvrdma_dev_ring: Replace strncpy with pstrcpy
ring->name is defined as 'char name[MAX_RING_NAME_SZ]'. Replace untruncated strncpy with QEMU function. This case prevented QEMU from compiling with --enable-sanitizers.
