virtio: force VIRTIO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM

We allow vhost to clear VIRITO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM which is wrong since
VIRTIO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM is mandatory for security. Fixing this by
enforce it after vdc->get_features().
