hw/intc: fix heap-buffer-overflow in rxicu_realize()
When 'j = icu->nr_sense – 1', the 'j < icu->nr_sense' condition is true, then 'j = icu->nr_sense', the'icu->init_sense[j]' has out-of-bounds access.
