hw/i386: Remove PCMachineClass from "qemu/typedefs.h" 

Files requiring PCMachineClass already include "hw/i386/pc.h".

To clean "qemu/typedefs.h", move the declaration to "hw/i386/pc.h"
(removing the forward declaration).
