scsi-disk: Fail medium writes with proper sense for readonly LUNs

Add sense code for DATA_PROTECT/WRITE_PROTECTED and return this error
for any WRITE*/WRITE_VERIFY* calls if the device is readonly=on,
i.e. write-protected
