Introduce BP_WATCHPOINT_HIT flag (Jan Kiszka)

When one watchpoint is hit, others might have triggered as well. To
support users of the watchpoint API which need to detect such cases,
the BP_WATCHPOINT_HIT flag is introduced and maintained.
