qga/vss-win32: fix compilation with clang++

This fixes:

qga/vss-win32/install.cpp:49:24: error: cannot initialize a variable of
type 'char *' with an rvalue of type 'const char *'
    char *msg = NULL, *nul = strchr(text, '(');
                       ^     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
