target/ppc: add byte-reverse br[dwh] instructions

POWER ISA 3.1 introduces following byte-reverse instructions:
brd: Byte-Reverse Doubleword X-form
brw: Byte-Reverse Word X-form
brh: Byte-Reverse Halfword X-form
