virtio-serial: kill VirtIOSerialDevice

VirtIOSerialDevice is like VirtIOSerialPort with just the first two
fields, which makes it pretty pointless. Using VirtIOSerialPort
directly works equally well and is less confusing.

[Amit: - rebase
       - rename 'dev' to 'port' in function params in virtio-serial.h ]
