virtio: Fix error handling in virtio_bus_device_plugged

Add error handling checks to fix both issues. Signed-off-by: Fam Zheng <famz@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Michael S. Tsirkin <mst@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Michael S.
