convert unix+tcp chardevs to QemuOpts.
new cmd line syntax: unix socket: -chardev socket,id=name,path=/path/to/socket tcp socket: -chardev socket,id=name,host=hostaddr|ipaddr,port=portnr server and nowait options work as usual.
