qga: update docs with systemd suspend support info

Commit 067927d62e ("qga: systemd hibernate/suspend/hybrid-sleep
support") failed to update qapi-schema.json after adding systemd
hibernate/suspend/hybrid-sleep capabilities to guest-suspend-* QGA
commands.
