aspeed/smc: QOMify AspeedSMCFlash
AspeedSMCFlash is a small structure representing the AHB memory window through which the contents of a flash device can be accessed with MMIOs. Introduce an AspeedSMCFlash SysBusDevice model and attach the associated memory region to the newly instantiated objects.
