The AioContext lock no longer exists.
There is one noteworthy change:
- * More specifically, these functions use BDRV_POLL_WHILE(bs), which
- * requires the caller to be either in the main thread and hold
- * the BlockdriverState (bs) AioContext lock, or directly in the
- * home thread that runs the bs AioContext. Calling them from
- * another thread in another AioContext would cause deadlocks.

I am not sure whether deadlocks are still possible. Maybe they have just
moved to the fine-grained locks that have replaced the AioContext. Since
I am not sure if the deadlocks are gone, I have kept the substance
unchanged and just removed mention of the AioContext.

qemu_img_pipe() discards the return code from qemu-img in favor of
returning just its output. Some tests using this function don't save,
log, or check the output either, though, which is unsafe.
Replace all of these calls with a checked version.
Tests affected are 194, 202, 203, 234, 262, and 303.

We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory
step.
The patch is generated by
cd tests/qemu-iotests
grep '^[0-9]\{3\} ' group | while read line; do
file=$(awk '{print $1}' <<< "$line");
groups=$(sed -e 's/^... //' <<< "$line");
awk "NR==2{print \"# group: $groups\"}1" $file > tmp;
cat tmp > $file;
done

Like script_main, but doesn't require a single point of entry.
Replace all existing initialization sections with this drop-in replacement.
This brings debug support to all existing script-style iotests.

QMP 'transaction' blockdev-snapshot-sync with multiple disks in an
IOThread is an untested code path. Several bugs have been found in
connection with this command. This patch adds a test case to prevent
future regressions.
