Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard
collisions less likely. Offenders found with
scripts/clean-header-guards.pl -vn.
Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some
renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones.

If the user selects a non-default state directory at service installation
time, we should remember it in the registered service.

This allows qemu-ga to function as a Windows service:
- to install the service (will auto-start on boot):
qemu-ga --service install
- to start the service:
net start qemu-ga
- to stop the service:
net stop qemu-ga
- to uninstall service:
qemu-ga --service uninstall
