Guenter Roeck 67f52ebe54 hw/arm/fsl-imx25: Wire up USB controllers
i.MX25 supports two USB controllers. Let's wire them up.

With this patch, imx25-pdk can boot from both USB ports.

Guenter Roeck bfae1772c4 hw/arm/fsl-imx25: Wire up eSDHC controllers
Wire up eSDHC controllers in fsl-imx25. For imx25-pdk, connect drives
provided on the command line to available eSDHC controllers.

This patch enables booting the imx25-pdk emulation from SD card.

Martin Kaiser f03965490e i.MX: add an emulation for RNGC
Add an emulation for the RNGC random number generator and the compatible
RNGB variant. These peripherals are included (at least) in imx25 and
imx35 chipsets.

The emulation supports the initial self test, reseeding the prng and
reading random numbers.

Markus Armbruster ec150c7e09 include: Make headers more self-contained
Back in 2016, we discussed[1] rules for headers, and these were
generally liked:

1. Have a carefully curated header that's included everywhere first. We
got that already thanks to Peter: osdep.h.

2. Headers should normally include everything they need beyond osdep.h.
If exceptions are needed for some reason, they must be documented in
the header. If all that's needed from a header is typedefs, put
those into qemu/typedefs.h instead of including the header.

3. Cyclic inclusion is forbidden.

This patch gets include/ closer to obeying 2.

It's actually extracted from my "[RFC] Baby steps towards saner
headers" series[2], which demonstrates a possible path towards
checking 2 automatically. It passes the RFC test there.

Peter Maydell 12ec8bd51e arm: Rename hw/arm/arm.h to hw/arm/boot.h
The header file hw/arm/arm.h now includes only declarations
relating to hw/arm/boot.c functionality. Rename it accordingly,
and adjust its header comment.

The bulk of this commit was created via
 perl -pi -e 's|hw/arm/arm.h|hw/arm/boot.h|' hw/arm/*.c include/hw/arm/*.h

In a few cases we can just delete the #include:
hw/arm/msf2-soc.c, include/hw/arm/aspeed_soc.h and
include/hw/arm/bcm2836.h did not require it.

Andrey Smirnov 831858ad9d imx_fec: Reserve full FSL_IMX25_FEC_SIZE page for the register file
Some i.MX SoCs (e.g. i.MX7) have FEC registers going as far as offset
0x614, so to avoid getting aborts when accessing those on QEMU, extend
the register file to cover FSL_IMX25_FEC_SIZE(16K) of address space
instead of just 1K.

Jean-Christophe Dubois cb54d868c6 i.MX: Split the CCM class into an abstract base class and a concrete class
The IMX_CCM class is now the base abstract class that is used by EPIT
and GPT timer implementation.

IMX31_CCM class is the concrete class implementing CCM for i.MX31 SOC.

For now the i.MX25 continues to use the i.MX31 CCM implementation.

An i.MX25 specific CCM will be introduced in a later patch.

We also rework initialization to stop using deprecated sysbus device init.
