ba06fe8add dma: Let dma_memory_read/write() take MemTxAttrs argument 
Let devices specify transaction attributes when calling
dma_memory_read() or dma_memory_write().

Patch created mechanically using spatch with this script:

530cd6c26d hw/net: npcm7xx_emc fix missing queue_flush 
The rx_active boolean change to true should always trigger a try_read
call that flushes the queue.

01c966b54f hw/net: Add npcm7xx emc model 
This is a 10/100 ethernet device that has several features.
Only the ones needed by the Linux driver have been implemented.
See npcm7xx_emc.c for a list of unimplemented features.
