19cd090e17 Revert "roms: switch oldnoconfig to olddefconfig" 
This reverts commit a5519b42cf.

Breaks "make bios" in roms/ as the kconfig version in seabios doesn't
support olddefconfig.  Must have been be totally untested.

a5519b42cf roms: switch oldnoconfig to olddefconfig 
When a new option is added that qemu does not know
about, the prudent thing is to use the default not
force it to "no".
