Socket transport backend for 'migrate'/'migrate-incoming' QAPIs accept
new wire protocol of MigrateAddress struct.
It is achived by parsing 'uri' string and storing migration parameters
required for socket connection into well defined SocketAddress struct.

Create a new socket for postcopy to be prepared to send postcopy requested
pages via this specific channel, so as to not get blocked by precopy pages.
A new thread is also created on dest qemu to receive data from this new channel
based on the ram_load_postcopy() routine.
The ram_load_postcopy(POSTCOPY) branch and the thread has not started to
function, and that'll be done in follow up patches.
Cleanup the new sockets on both src/dst QEMUs, meanwhile look after the new
thread too to make sure it'll be recycled properly.

start_migration
Currently, the only difference of tcp channel and unix channel in
migration/socket.c is the way to build SocketAddress, but socket_parse()
can handle these two types, so use it to instead of tcp_build_address()
and unix_build_address().
The socket-type channel can be further unified based on the up, this
would be helpful for us to add other socket-type channels.
