The argument to the mlockall system call is not necessarily the same on
all platforms and thus may require translation prior to passing to the
host.
For example, PowerPC 64 bit platforms define values for MCL_CURRENT
(0x2000) and MCL_FUTURE (0x4000) which are different from Intel platforms
(0x1 and 0x2, respectively)

The ELF V2 ABI for PPC64 defines MINSIGSTKSZ as 4096 bytes whereas it was
2048 previously.

Popular glibc based distributions[1] require minimum
2.6.32 as kernel version. For some targets 2.6.18
would be enough, but dropping so low would mean some
suboptimal system calls could get used.
Set the minimum kernel advertized to 2.6.32 for
all architectures but aarch64 to ensure working qemu
linux-user in case host kernel is older.

1. Add correct definitions of error numbers.
2. Implement SYS_osf_sigprocmask
3. Implement SYS_osf_get/setsysinfo for IEEE_FP_CONTROL.
This last requires exposing the FPCR value to do_syscall.
Since this value is actually split up into the float_status,
expose routines from helper.c to access it.
Finally, also add a float_exception_mask field to float_status.
We don't actually use it to control delivery of exceptions to
the emulator yet, but simply hold the value that we placed there
when loading/storing the FPCR.
