Fix clang error:

[-Wempty-body]
            /* TODO: Signal an error? */;

This means that l2cap_sframe_in() may now get called.

Jean-Christophe DUBOIS 2db69b2372 Fix qemu_free use in bt-l2cap.c 
bt-l2cap.c is using free() instead of qemu_free().

blueswir1 511d2b140f Sparse fixes: NULL use, header order, ANSI prototypes, static 
Fix Sparse warnings:
 * use NULL instead of plain 0
 * rearrange header include order to avoid redefining types accidentally
 * ANSIfy SLIRP
 * avoid "restrict" keyword
 * add static

balrog 4d2d181cdb Add L2CAP logic and a virtual SDP server for use in emulated devices. 
Note that the L2CAP flow-controlled mode is not fully supported.
