Paolo Bonzini e720677e32 vmstate: accept QEMUTimer in VMSTATE_TIMER*, add VMSTATE_TIMER_PTR* 
Old users of VMSTATE_TIMER* are mechanically changed to VMSTATE_TIMER_PTR
variants.

Peter Crosthwaite c21c3b53e1 hw/timer: Introduce ARM A9 Global Timer. 
The ARM A9 MPCore has a timer that is global to all cores in the cluster.
The timer is shared but each core has a private independent comparator
and interrupt.

Based on version contributed by Francois LEGAL.
