5a840549ee iotests: Convert to preallocated encrypted qcow2
Add a test case for converting an empty image (which only returns zeroes
when read) to a preallocated encrypted qcow2 image.
qcow2_has_zero_init() should return 0 then, thus forcing qemu-img
convert to create zero clusters.

36b9986b08 tests/qemu-iotests: Fix output of qemu-io related tests
One of the recent commits changed the way qemu-io prints out its
errors and warnings - they are now prefixed with the program name.
We've got to adapt the iotests accordingly to prevent that they
are failing.

426d52d88c qcow2: add iotests to cover LUKS encryption support
This extends the 087 iotest to cover LUKS encryption when doing
blockdev-add.

Two further tests are added to validate read/write of LUKS
encrypted images with a single file and with a backing file.
