exec-all.h contains TCG-specific definitions. It is not needed outside
TCG-specific files such as translate.c, exec.c or *helper.c.
One generic function had snuck into include/exec/exec-all.h; move it to
include/qom/cpu.h.

In user mode, there's only a static address translation, TBs are always
invalidated properly and direct jumps are reset when mapping change.
Thus the destination address is always valid for direct jumps and
there's no need to restrict it to the pages the TB resides in.

We don't take care of direct jumps when address mapping changes. Thus we
must be sure to generate direct jumps so that they always keep valid
even if address mapping changes. Luckily, we can only allow to execute a
TB if it was generated from the pages which match with current mapping.
Document tcg_gen_goto_tb() declaration and note the reason for
destination PC limitations.
Some targets with variable length instructions allow TB to straddle a
page boundary. However, we make sure that both of TB pages match the
current address mapping when looking up TBs. So it is safe to do direct
jumps into the both pages. Correct the checks for some of those targets.
Given that, we can safely patch a TB which spans two pages. Remove the
unnecessary check in cpu_exec() and allow such TBs to be patched.

Adds the 'TCGv_env' type for pointers to 'CPUArchState' objects. The
tracing infrastructure later needs to differentiate between regular
pointers and pointers to vCPUs.
Also changes all targets to use the new 'TCGv_env' type instead of the
generic 'TCGv_ptr'. As of now, the change is merely cosmetic ('TCGv_env'
translates into 'TCGv_ptr'), but that could change in the future to
enforce the difference.
Note that a 'TCGv_env' type (for 'CPUState') is not added, since all
helpers currently receive the architecture-specific
pointer ('CPUArchState').

In some cases, the same message is printed both on stderr and in the log.
Avoid duplicate output in the default case where stderr _is_ the log,
and standardize this to stderr+log where it used to use stdio+log.

This perhaps isn't ideal in terms of (ab)using the "pc" field
to encode both pc and ppc + delay branch state, as one has to
be aware of this when examining opcode dumps.
But it preserves existing logic, which will be good for bisection,
and it certainly does save storage space.

Reduce the boilerplate required for each target. At the same time,
move the test for breakpoint after calling tcg_gen_insn_start.
Note that arm and aarch64 do not use cpu_breakpoint_test, but still
move the inline test down after tcg_gen_insn_start.

This is set to true when the index is for an instruction fetch
translation.
The core get_page_addr_code() sets it, as do the SOFTMMU_CODE_ACCESS
acessors.
All targets ignore it for now, and all other callers pass "false".
This will allow targets who wish to split the mmu index between
instruction and data accesses to do so. A subsequent patch will
do just that for PowerPC.

disas does not need to access the CPU env for any reason. Change the
APIs to accept CPU pointers instead. Small change pattern needs to be
applied to all target translate.c. This brings us closer to making
disas.o a common-obj and less architecture specific in general.

This is improved type checking for the translators -- it's no longer
possible to accidentally swap arguments to the branch functions.
Note that the code generating backends still manipulate labels as int.
With notable exceptions, the scope of the change is just a few lines
for each target, so it's not worth building extra machinery to do this
change in per-target increments.

In function t_gen_mov_TN_preg and t_gen_mov_preg_TN, The begin check about the
validity of in-parameter 'r' is useless. We still access cpu_PR[r] in the
follow code if it is invalid. Which will be an out-of-bounds read error.
Fix it by using assert() to ensure it is valid before using it.

The wrapper functions _t_gen_mov_TN_env and _t_gen_mov_env_TN are only
used via their accompanying non-underscore macros. The check they add
on offset is thus pointless, since the compiler will complain if the
struct field passed to the macro is not part of the struct. Remove the
functions and make the macros directly expand to the appropriate
tcg_gen_{ld,st}_tl calls.
This conveniently avoids a warning due to _t_gen_mov_TN_env() being
unused.

secondary file that sets up the macros to include helper.h. This
minimizes the files that must be rebuilt when changing the macros
for file N.

Most targets were using offsetof(CPUFooState, breakpoints) to determine
how much of CPUFooState to clear on reset. Use the next field after

Remove the function qemu_log_try_set_file() and its users (which
are all in TCG code generation functions for various targets).
This function was added to abstract out code which was originally
written as "if (!logfile) logfile = stderr;" in order that BUG:
case code which did an unguarded "fprintf(logfile, ...)" would
not crash if debug logging was not enabled. Since those direct
uses of logfile have also been abstracted away into qemu_log()
calls which check for a NULL logfile, there is no need for the
target-* files to mess with the user's chosen logging settings.

Use class_init functions to initialize the VR in preparation for
overriding v32+ behavior there.
Move cpu_cris_init() to cpu.c and hook up a class_by_name callback.
This change leads to unknown -cpu model names no longer falling back
to a CPU with VR 32 but instead returning NULL.

Split out TCG initialization from cpu_cris_init(). Avoid CPUCRISState
dependency for v10-specific initialization and for non-v10 by inlining
the decision into the initfn as well.
