51b19ebe43 virtio: move allocation to virtqueue_pop/vring_pop
The return code of virtqueue_pop/vring_pop is unused except to check for
errors or 0. We can thus easily move allocation inside the functions
and just return a pointer to the VirtQueueElement.

The advantage is that we will be able to allocate only the space that
is needed for the actual size of the s/g list instead of the full
VIRTQUEUE_MAX_SIZE items. Currently VirtQueueElement takes about 48K
of memory, and this kind of allocation puts a lot of stress on malloc.
By cutting the size by two or three orders of magnitude, malloc can
use much more efficient algorithms.

The patch is pretty large, but changes to each device are testable
more or less independently. Splitting it would mostly add churn.

2209bd050a fsdev: rename virtio-9p-marshal.{c,h} to 9p-iov-marshal.{c,h}
And rename v9fs_marshal to v9fs_iov_marshal, v9fs_unmarshal to
v9fs_iov_unmarshal.

The rationale behind this change is that, this marshalling interface is
used both by virtio and proxy helper. Renaming files and functions to
reflect the true nature of this interface.

Xen transport is going to have its own marshalling interface.

10817bf09d coroutine: move into libqemuutil.a library
The coroutine files are currently referenced by the block-obj-y
variable. The coroutine functionality though is already used by
more than just the block code. eg migration code uses coroutine
yield. In the future the I/O channel code will also use the
coroutine yield functionality. Since the coroutine code is nicely
self-contained it can be easily built as part of the libqemuutil.a
library, making it widely available.

The headers are also moved into include/qemu, instead of the
include/block directory, since they are now part of the util
codebase, and the impl was never in the block/ directory
either.

e9a0152ba1 hw/9pfs: use migration blockers to prevent live migration when virtfs export path is mounted
Now when you try to migrate with VirtFS export path mounted, you get a proper QMP error:

(qemu) migrate tcp:localhost:4444
Migration is disabled when VirtFS export path '/tmp/' is mounted in the guest using mount_tag 'v_tmp'
(qemu)

9db221ae73 hw/9pfs: Add synthetic file system support using 9p
This patch create a synthetic file system with mount tag
v_synth when -virtfs_synth command line option is specified
in qemu. The synthetic file system can be mounted in guest
using 9p using the below command line

mount -t 9p -oversion=9p2000.L,trans=virtio v_synth <mountpint>

Synthetic file system enabled different qemu subsystem to register
callbacks for read and write events from guest. The subsystem
can create directories and files in the synthetic file system as show
in ex below

    qemu_v9fs_synth_mkdir(NULL, 0777, "test2", &node);
    qemu_v9fs_synth_add_file(node, 0777, "testfile",
                             my_test_read, NULL, NULL);

require file descriptor and Dir *. Make generic code use
V9fsFidOpenState instead.

7834cf77be hw/9pfs: add 9P2000.L unlinkat operation
unlinkat - Remove a directory entry

size[4] Tunlinkat tag[2] dirfid[4] name[s] flag[4]
size[4] Runlinkat tag[2]

older Tremove have the below request format

size[4] Tremove tag[2] fid[4]

The remove message is used to remove a directory entry either file or directory
The remove opreation is actually a directory opertation and should ideally have
dirfid, if not we cannot represent the fid on server with anything other than
name. We will have to derive the directory name from fid in the Tremove request.

NOTE: The operation doesn't clunk the unlink fid.

size[4] Rrenameat tag[2]

older Trename have the below request format

size[4] Trename tag[2] fid[4] newdirfid[4] name[s]

The rename message is used to change the name of a file, possibly moving it
to a new directory. The rename opreation is actually a directory opertation
and should ideally have olddirfid, if not we cannot represent the fid on server
with anything other than name. We will have to derive the old directory name
from fid in the Trename request.

Whitespace in linux-user/syscall_defs.h was fixed manually
to avoid warnings from scripts/checkpatch.pl.

Manual changes were also applied to hw/pc.c.

I did not fix indentation with tabs in block/vvfat.c.
The patch will show 4 errors with scripts/checkpatch.pl.
