7b77f048e2 target/mips: Separate FPU-related helpers into their own file
For clarity and easier maintenence, create target/mips/fpu_helper.c, and
move all FPU-related content form target/mips/op_helper.c to that file.

82ba42666c target/mips: only build mips-semi for softmmu
The is_uhi gates all semihosting calls and always returns false for
CONFIG_USER_ONLY builds. There is no reason to build and link
mips-semi for these builds so lets fix that.

5502b66fc7 mips: move hw/mips/cputimer.c to target/mips/
This timer is a required part of the MIPS32/MIPS64 System Control coprocessor
(CP0). Moving it with the other architecture related files will allow an opaque
use of CPUMIPSState* in the next commit (introduce "internal.h").

also remove it from 'user' targets, remove an unnecessary include.

fcf5ef2ab5 Move target-* CPU file into a target/ folder
We've currently got 18 architectures in QEMU, and thus 18 target-xxx
folders in the root folder of the QEMU source tree. More architectures
(e.g. RISC-V, AVR) are likely to be included soon, too, so the main
folder of the QEMU sources slowly gets quite overcrowded with the
target-xxx folders.
To disburden the main folder a little bit, let's move the target-xxx
folders into a dedicated target/ folder, so that target-xxx/ simply
becomes target/xxx/ instead.
