Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 11a82d1429 qemu-iotests: Improve portability by searching bash in the $PATH
Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.

Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
    | while read f; do \
      sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \
    done

Mao Zhongyi bf22957309 qemu-iotests: remove unused variable 'here'
Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests

has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.

sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)

Max Reitz b05a2225d2 iotests: Skip 181 and 201 without userfaultfd
userfaultfd support depends on the host kernel, so it may not be
available. If so, 181 and 201 should be skipped.

Kevin Wolf e1473133f7 qemu-iotests: Enable write tests for parallels
Originally we added parallels as a read-only format to qemu-iotests
where we did just some tests with a binary image. Since then, write and
image creation support has been added to the driver, so we can now
enable it in _supported_fmt generic.

The driver doesn't support migration yet, though, so we need to add it
to the list of exceptions in 181.

Daniel P. Berrange 13a1d4a71b iotests: fix remainining tests to work with LUKS
The tests 033, 140, 145 and 157 were all broken
when run with LUKS, since they did not correctly use
the required image opts args syntax to specify the
decryption secret. Further, the 120 test simply does
not make sense to run with luks, as the scenario
exercised is not relevant.

The test 181 was broken when run with LUKS because
it didn't take account of fact that $TEST_IMG was
already in image opts syntax. The launch_qemu
helper also didn't register the secret object
providing the LUKS password.

Max Reitz a9ed6a9193 iotests: 181 does not work for all formats
Test 181 only works for formats which support live migration (naturally,
as it is a live migration test). Disable it for all formats which do
not.
