This patch removes all references to signal.h when qemu-common.h is included
as they become redundant.

control-{@[\]^_} shouldn't get the 'a' - 'A' offset for correct
translation. ESC is better simulated as escape key.

Move sdl, vnc, curses and cocoa UI into ui/ to cleanup
the root directory. Also remove some unnecessary explicit
targets from Makefile.
