4f67d30b5e qdev: set properties with device_class_set_props()
The following patch will need to handle properties registration during
class_init time. Let's use a device_class_set_props() setter.

spatch --macro-file scripts/cocci-macro-file.h  --sp-file
./scripts/coccinelle/qdev-set-props.cocci --keep-comments --in-place

64c033badd hw/i386: De-duplicate gsi_handler() to remove kvm_pc_gsi_handler()
Both gsi_handler() and kvm_pc_gsi_handler() have the same content,
except one comment. Move the comment, and de-duplicate the code.

89a289c7e9 x86: move more x86-generic functions out of PC files
These are needed by microvm too, so move them outside of PC-specific files.
With this patch, microvm.c need not include pc.h anymore.

a27bd6c779 Include hw/qdev-properties.h less
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers
a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and
objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h)
actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there
instead.

hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h
and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h.
Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.

While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.

Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

64552b6be4 Include hw/irq.h a lot less
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/irq.h triggers a recompile
of some 5400 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that
don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).

hw/hw.h supposedly includes it for convenience. Several other headers
include it just to get qemu_irq and.or qemu_irq_handler.

Move the qemu_irq and qemu_irq_handler typedefs from hw/irq.h to
qemu/typedefs.h, and then include hw/irq.h only where it's still
needed. Touching it now recompiles only some 500 objects.

0c8465440d hmp: obsolete "info ioapic"

keep the command for a while so that old users can know what is the new

cce5405e0e ioapic: support "info irq"
This include both userspace and in-kernel ioapic. Note that the numbers
can be inaccurate for kvm-ioapic. One reason is the same with
kvm-i8259, that when irqfd is used, irqs can be delivered all inside
kernel without our notice. Meanwhile, kvm-ioapic is specially treated
when irq numbers <ISA_NUM_IRQS, those irqs will be delivered in kernel
too via kvm-i8259 (please refer to kvm_pc_gsi_handler).

c6fcb0e201 kvm/ioapic: dump real object instead of a fake one
When we do "info ioapic" for kvm ioapic, we were building up a temporary
ioapic object. Let's fetch the real one and update correspond to the
real object as well.

This fixes printing uninitialized version field in
ioapic_print_redtbl().

cb925cf923 KVM: PIC: Only commit irq routing when necessary
The current logic updates KVM's view of our interrupt map every time we
change it. While this is nice and bullet proof, it slows things down
badly for me. QEMU spends about 3 seconds on every start telling KVM what
news it has on its routing maps.

Instead, let's just synchronize the whole irq routing map as a whole when
we're done constructing it. For things that change during runtime, we can
still update the routing table on demand.
