Daniel P. Berrange	e8f117f3b3	io: convert QIOChannelBuffer to use uint8_t instead of char ... The QIOChannelBuffer struct uses a 'char *' for its data buffer. It will give simpler type compatibility with the migration APIs if it uses 'uint8_t *' instead, avoiding several casts. Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Daniel P. Berrange	d98e4eb7de	io: add QIOChannelBuffer class ... Add a QIOChannel subclass that is capable of performing I/O to/from a memory buffer. This implementation does not attempt to support concurrent readers & writers. It is designed for serialized access where by a single thread at a time may write data, seek and then read data back out.
