7c47752608 tests/qemu-iotests: Explicit usage of Python3 (scripts without __main__)
Use the program search path to find the Python 3 interpreter.

Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ sed -i "s,^#\!/usr/bin/\(env\ \)\?python$,#\!/usr/bin/env python3," \
      $(git grep -lF '#!/usr/bin/env python' \
      | xargs grep -L 'if __name__.*__main__')

a6862418fe iotests: Set read-zeroes on in null block driver for Valgrind
The Valgrind tool reports about the uninitialised buffer 'buf'
instantiated on the stack of the function guess_disk_lchs().
Pass 'read-zeroes=on' to the null block driver to make it deterministic.
The output of the tests 051, 186 and 227 now includes the parameter
'read-zeroes'. So, the benchmark output files are being changed too.

b74b1adef0 iotests: use iotests.VM in 238
Test 238 does not require the kvm accelerator. Using the qtest
accelerator allows the test to run in both non-kvm and non-tcg
environments.

iotests.VM implicitly uses the qtest accelerator and is really the class
that this test should be using. Switch to that instead of
qemu.QEMUMachine.

8f8fd9edba Introduce a Python module structure
This is a simple move of Python code that wraps common QEMU
functionality, and are used by a number of different tests
and scripts.

By treating that code as a real Python module, we can more easily:
 * reuse code
 * have a proper place for the module's own unittests
 * apply a more consistent style
 * generate documentation

202277f43d iotests: add 238 for throttling tgm unregister iothread segfault
Hot-unplug a scsi-hd using an iothread. The previous patch fixes a
segfault in this scenario.

This patch adds a regression test.
