Vladimir Sementsov-Ogievskiy 9dd003a998 iotests: define group in each iotest
We are going to drop group file. Define group in tests as a preparatory
step.

The patch is generated by

    cd tests/qemu-iotests

    grep '^[0-9]\{3\} ' group | while read line; do
        file=$(awk '{print $1}' <<< "$line");
        groups=$(sed -e 's/^... //' <<< "$line");
        awk "NR==2{print \"# group: $groups\"}1" $file > tmp;
        cat tmp > $file;
    done

Max Reitz 57284d2ada iotests: Enable fuse for many tests
Many tests (that do not support generic protocols) can run just fine
with FUSE-exported images, so allow them to. Note that this is no
attempt at being definitely complete. There are some tests that might
be modified to run on FUSE, but this patch still skips them. This patch
only tries to pick the rather low-hanging fruits.

Note that 221 and 250 only pass when .lseek is correctly implemented,
which is only possible with a libfuse that is 3.8 or newer.

Thomas Huth 30ad36f55f iotests: Test 183 does not work on macOS and OpenBSD
In the long run, we might want to add test 183 to the "auto" group
(but it still fails occasionally, so we cannot do that yet). However,
when running 183 in Cirrus-CI on macOS, or with our vm-build-openbsd
target, it currently always fails with an "Timeout waiting for return
on handle 0" error.

Let's mark it as supported only on systems where the test is working
most of the time (i.e. Linux, FreeBSD and NetBSD).

Max Reitz f91ecbd74e iotests: Use _rm_test_img for deleting test images
Just rm will not delete external data files. Use _rm_test_img every
time we delete a test image.

(In the process, clean up the indentation of every _cleanup() this patch
touches.)

((Also, use quotes consistently. I am happy to see unquoted instances
like "rm -rf $TEST_DIR/..." go.))

Andrey Shinkevich fbd1c37838 iotests: extended timeout under Valgrind
As the iotests run longer under the Valgrind, the QEMU_COMM_TIMEOUT is
to be increased in the test cases 028, 183 and 192 when running under
the Valgrind.

Thomas Huth b3763a195c tests/qemu-iotests: Remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from many tests
A lot of tests run fine on FreeBSD and macOS, too - the limitation
to Linux here was likely just copied-and-pasted from other tests.
Thus remove the "_supported_os Linux" line from tests that run
successful in our CI pipelines on FreeBSD and macOS.

Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 11a82d1429 qemu-iotests: Improve portability by searching bash in the $PATH
Bash is not always installed as /bin/bash. In particular on OpenBSD,
the package installs it in /usr/local/bin.
Use the 'env' shebang to search bash in the $PATH.

Patch created mechanically by running:

  $ git grep -lE '#! ?/bin/bash' -- tests/qemu-iotests \
    | while read f; do \
      sed -i 's|^#!.\?/bin/bash$|#!/usr/bin/env bash|' $f; \

Mao Zhongyi bf22957309 qemu-iotests: remove unused variable 'here'
Running
git grep '\$here' tests/qemu-iotests

has 0 hits, which means we are setting a variable that has
no use. It appears that commit e8f8624d removed the last
use. So execute the following cmd to remove all of
the 'here=...' lines as dead code.

sed -i '/^here=/d' $(git grep -l '^here=' tests/qemu-iotests)
