John Snow 8f05aee533 iotests/300: avoid abnormal shutdown race condition
Wait for the destination VM to close itself instead of racing to shut it
down first, which produces different error log messages from AQMP
depending on precisely when we tried to shut it down.

(For example: We may try to issue 'quit' immediately prior to the target
VM closing its QMP socket, which will cause an ECONNRESET error to be
logged. Waiting for the VM to exit itself avoids the race on shutdown
behavior.)

John Snow af6d4c56e1 iotests: add 'qemu' package location to PYTHONPATH in testenv
We can drop the sys.path hacking in various places by doing
this. Additionally, by doing it in one place right up top, we can print
interesting warnings in case the environment does not look correct. (See
next commit.)

If we ever decide to change how the environment is crafted, all of the
"help me find my python packages" goop is all in one place, right in one
function.

John Snow beb6b57b3b python: create qemu packages
move python/qemu/*.py to python/qemu/[machine, qmp, utils]/*.py and
update import directives across the tree.

This is done to create a PEP420 namespace package, in which we may
create subpackages. To do this, the namespace directory ("qemu") should
not have any modules in it. Those files will go into new 'machine',
'qmp' and 'utils' subpackages instead.

Implement machine/__init__.py making the top-level classes and functions
from its various modules available directly inside the package. Change
qmp.py to qmp/__init__.py similarly, such that all of the useful QMP
library classes are available directly from "qemu.qmp" instead of
"qemu.qmp.qmp".

Connor Kuehl 785ec4b1b9 block: Clarify error messages pertaining to 'node-name'
Some error messages contain ambiguous representations of the 'node-name'
parameter. This can be particularly confusing when exchanging QMP
messages (C = client, S = server):

C: {"execute": "block_resize", "arguments": { "device": "my_file", "size": 26843545600 }}
S: {"error": {"class": "GenericError", "desc": "Cannot find device=my_file nor node_name="}}
                                                                               ^^^^^^^^^

This error message suggests one could send a message with a key called
'node_name':

C: {"execute": "block_resize", "arguments": { "node_name": "my_file", "size": 26843545600 }}
                                               ^^^^^^^^^

but using the underscore is actually incorrect, the parameter should be
'node-name':

S: {"error": {"class": "GenericError", "desc": "Parameter 'node_name' is unexpected"}}

This behavior was uncovered in bz1651437, but I ended up going down a
rabbit hole looking for other areas where this miscommunication might
occur and changing those accordingly as well.

Max Reitz 3e0105e059 iotests.py: Assume a couple of variables as given
There are a couple of environment variables that we fetch with
os.environ.get() without supplying a default. Clearly they are required
and expected to be set by the ./check script (as evidenced by
execute_setup_common(), which checks for test_dir and
qemu_default_machine to be set, and aborts if they are not).

Using .get() this way has the disadvantage of returning an Optional[str]
type, which mypy will complain about when tests just assume these values
to be str.

Use [] instead, which raises a KeyError for environment variables that
are not set. When this exception is raised, catch it and move the abort
code from execute_setup_common() there.

Drop the 'assert iotests.sock_dir is not None' from iotest 300, because
that sort of thing is precisely what this patch wants to prevent.
