Alex Bennée 7bb17a9263 tests/vm: expose --source-path to scripts to find extra files

John Snow beb6b57b3b python: create qemu packages
move python/qemu/*.py to python/qemu/[machine, qmp, utils]/*.py and
update import directives across the tree.

This is done to create a PEP420 namespace package, in which we may
create subpackages. To do this, the namespace directory ("qemu") should
not have any modules in it. Those files will go into new 'machine',
'qmp' and 'utils' subpackages instead.

Implement machine/__init__.py making the top-level classes and functions
from its various modules available directly inside the package. Change
qmp.py to qmp/__init__.py similarly, such that all of the useful QMP
library classes are available directly from "qemu.qmp" instead of
"qemu.qmp.qmp".

Cleber Rosa 976218cbe7 Python: add utility function for retrieving port redirection
Slightly different versions for the same utility code are currently
present on different locations. This unifies them all, giving
preference to the version from virtiofs_submounts.py, because of the
last tweaks added to it.

While at it, this adds a "qemu.utils" module to host the utility
function and a test.

Robert Foley ff14ab0c13 tests/vm: Add workaround to consume console
This adds support to basevm.py so that we always
drain the console chars. This makes use of
support added in an earlier commit that allows
QEMUMachine to use the ConsoleSocket.

This is a workaround we found was needed since
there is a known issue where QEMU will hang waiting
for console characters to be consumed.

We also added the option of logging the console to a file.
LOG_CONSOLE=1 will now log the output to a file.

Gerd Hoffmann b08ba163aa tests/vm: send proxy environment variables over ssh
Packages are fetched via proxy that way, if configured on the host.
That might be required to pass firewalls, and it allows to route
package downloads through a caching proxy server.

Needs AcceptEnv setup in sshd_config on the guest side to work.

John Snow abf0bf998d python/qemu: split QEMUMachine out from underneath __init__.py
It's not obvious that something named __init__.py actually houses
important code that isn't relevant to python packaging glue. Move the
QEMUMachine and related error classes out into their own module.

Adjust users to the new import location.

 - uses floor division ("//") (PEP 238).

Cleber Rosa 8f8fd9edba Introduce a Python module structure
This is a simple move of Python code that wraps common QEMU
functionality, and are used by a number of different tests
and scripts.

By treating that code as a real Python module, we can more easily:
 * reuse code
 * have a proper place for the module's own unittests
 * apply a more consistent style
 * generate documentation

Peter Maydell 6b699ae1be tests/vm: Increase timeout waiting for VM to boot to 5 minutes
The VM tests currently have a timeout of 2 minutes for trying
to connect to ssh. Since the guest VM has to boot from cold
to the point of accepting inbound ssh during this time, if the
host machine is heavily loaded it can spuriously time out.
Increase the timeout from 2 to 5 minutes.
