cb3e7f08ae qobject: Replace qobject_incref/QINCREF qobject_decref/QDECREF
Now that we can safely call QOBJECT() on QObject * as well as its
subtypes, we can have macros qobject_ref() / qobject_unref() that work
everywhere instead of having to use QINCREF() / QDECREF() for QObject
and qobject_incref() / qobject_decref() for its subtypes.

The replacement is mechanical, except I broke a long line, and added a
cast in monitor_qmp_cleanup_req_queue_locked().  Unlike
qobject_decref(), qobject_unref() doesn't accept void *.

Note that the new macros evaluate their argument exactly once, thus no
need to shout them.

9af2398977 Include less of the generated modular QAPI headers
In my "build everything" tree, a change to the types in
qapi-schema.json triggers a recompile of about 4800 out of 5100
objects.

The previous commit split up qmp-commands.h, qmp-event.h, qmp-visit.h,
qapi-types.h. Each of these headers still includes all its shards.
Reduce compile time by including just the shards we actually need.

To illustrate the benefits: adding a type to qapi/migration.json now
recompiles some 2300 instead of 4800 objects. The next commit will
improve it further.

bd8e0e32da block/ssh: Make ssh_grow_file() blocking
At runtime (that is, during a future ssh_truncate()), the SSH session is
non-blocking.  However, ssh_truncate() (or rather, bdrv_truncate() in
general) is not a coroutine, so this resize operation needs to block.

For ssh_create(), that is fine, too; the session is never set to
non-blocking anyway.

efc75e2a4c block: rename .bdrv_create() to .bdrv_co_create_opts()
BlockDriver->bdrv_create() has been called from coroutine context since
commit 5b7e1542cf ("block: make
bdrv_create adopt coroutine").

Make this explicit by renaming to .bdrv_co_create_opts() and add the
coroutine_fn annotation. This makes it obvious to block driver authors
that they may yield, use CoMutex, or other coroutine_fn APIs.
bdrv_co_create is reserved for the QAPI-based version that Kevin is
working on.

b258793258 util: remove the obsolete non-blocking connect
The non-blocking connect mechanism is obsolete, and it doesn't
work well in inet connection, because it will call getaddrinfo
first and getaddrinfo will blocks on DNS lookups. Since commit
e65c67e4 & d984464e, the non-blocking connect of migration goes
through QIOChannel in a different manner(using a thread), and
nobody use this old non-blocking connect anymore.

Any newly written code which needs a non-blocking connect should
use the QIOChannel code, so we can drop NonBlockingConnectHandler
as a concept entirely.

129c7d1c53 block: Document -drive problematic code and bugs
-blockdev and blockdev_add convert their arguments via QObject to
BlockdevOptions for qmp_blockdev_add(), which converts them back to
QObject, then to a flattened QDict. The QDict's members are typed
according to the QAPI schema.

-drive converts its argument via QemuOpts to a (flat) QDict. This
QDict's members are all QString.

Thus, the QType of a flat QDict member depends on whether it comes
from -drive or -blockdev/blockdev_add, except when the QAPI type maps
to QString, which is the case for 'str' and enumeration types.

The block layer core extracts generic configuration from the flat
QDict, and the block driver extracts driver-specific configuration.

Both commonly do so by converting (parts of) the flat QDict to
QemuOpts, which turns all values into strings. Not exactly elegant,
but correct.

However, A few places access the flat QDict directly:

* Most of them access members that are always QString. Correct.

* bdrv_open_inherit() accesses a boolean, carefully.  Correct.

* nfs_config() uses a QObject input visitor. Correct only because the
  visited type contains nothing but QStrings.

* nbd_config() and ssh_config() use a QObject input visitor, and the
  visited types contain non-QStrings: InetSocketAddress members
  @numeric, @to, @ipv4, @ipv6.  -drive works as long as you don't try
  to use them (they're all optional). @to is ignored anyway.

  Reproducer:
  -drive driver=ssh,server.host=h,server.port=22,server.ipv4,path=p
  -drive driver=nbd,server.type=inet,server.data.host=h,server.data.port=22,server.data.ipv4
  both fail with "Invalid parameter type for 'data.ipv4', expected: boolean"

Add suitable comments to all these places. Mark the buggy ones FIXME.

"Fortunately", -drive's driver-specific options are entirely
undocumented.

0da5b8ef5d block/ssh: Add InetSocketAddress and accept it
Add InetSocketAddress compatibility to SSH driver.

Add a new option "server" to the SSH block driver which then accepts
a InetSocketAddress.

"host" and "port" are supported as legacy options and are mapped to
their InetSocketAddress representation.

89dbe18089 block/ssh: Add ssh_has_filename_options_conflict()
We have 5 options plus ("server") option which is added in the next
patch that conflict with specifying a SSH filename. We need to iterate
over all the options to check whether its key has an "server." prefix.

This iteration will help us adding the new option "server" easily.

0b8b8753e4 coroutine: move entry argument to qemu_coroutine_create
In practice the entry argument is always known at creation time, and
it is confusing that sometimes qemu_coroutine_enter is used with a
non-NULL argument to re-enter a coroutine (this happens in
block/sheepdog.c and tests/test-coroutine.c). So pass the opaque value
at creation time, for consistency with e.g. aio_bh_new.

Mostly done with the following semantic patch:

@ entry1 @
expression entry, arg, co;
@@
- co = qemu_coroutine_create(entry);
+ co = qemu_coroutine_create(entry, arg);
  ...
- qemu_coroutine_enter(co, arg);
+ qemu_coroutine_enter(co);

identifier co;
@@
- Coroutine *co = qemu_coroutine_create(entry);
+ Coroutine *co = qemu_coroutine_create(entry, arg);
  ...
- qemu_coroutine_enter(co, arg);
+ qemu_coroutine_enter(co);

@ entry3 @
expression entry, arg;
@@
- qemu_coroutine_enter(qemu_coroutine_create(entry), arg);
+ qemu_coroutine_enter(qemu_coroutine_create(entry, arg));

@ reentry @
expression co;
@@
- qemu_coroutine_enter(co, NULL);
+ qemu_coroutine_enter(co);

except for the aforementioned few places where the semantic patch
stumbled (as expected) and for test_co_queue, which would otherwise
produce an uninitialized variable warning.

da34e65cb4 include/qemu/osdep.h: Don't include qapi/error.h
Commit 57cb38b included qapi/error.h into qemu/osdep.h to get the
Error typedef. Since then, we've moved to include qemu/osdep.h
everywhere. Its file comment explains: "To avoid getting into
possible circular include dependencies, this file should not include
any other QEMU headers, with the exceptions of config-host.h,
compiler.h, os-posix.h and os-win32.h, all of which are doing a
similar job to this file and are under similar constraints."
qapi/error.h doesn't do a similar job, and it doesn't adhere to
similar constraints: it includes qapi-types.h. That's in excess of
100KiB of crap most .c files don't actually need.

Add the typedef to qemu/typedefs.h, and include that instead of
qapi/error.h. Include qapi/error.h in .c files that need it and don't
get it now. Include qapi-types.h in qom/object.h for uint16List.

Update scripts/clean-includes accordingly. Update it further to match
reality: replace config.h by config-target.h, add sysemu/os-posix.h,
sysemu/os-win32.h. Update the list of includes in the qemu/osdep.h
comment quoted above similarly.

This reduces the number of objects depending on qapi/error.h from "all
of them" to less than a third. Unfortunately, the number depending on
qapi-types.h shrinks only a little. More work is needed for that one.

325e390421 block/ssh: Avoid segfault if inet_connect doesn't set errno.
On some (but not all) systems:

  $ qemu-img create -f qcow2 overlay -b ssh://xen/
  Segmentation fault

It turns out this happens when inet_connect returns -1 in the
following code, but errno == 0.

  s->sock = inet_connect(s->hostport, errp);
  if (s->sock < 0) {
      ret = -errno;
      goto err;
  }

In the test case above, no host called "xen" exists, so getaddrinfo fails.

On Fedora 22, getaddrinfo happens to set errno = ENOENT (although it
is *not* documented to do that), so it doesn't segfault.

On RHEL 7, errno is not set by the failing getaddrinfo, so ret =
-errno = 0, so the caller doesn't know there was an error and
continues with a half-initialized BDRVSSHState struct, and everything
goes south from there, eventually resulting in a segfault.

Fix this by setting ret to -EIO (same as block/nbd.c and
block/sheepdog.c). The real error is saved in the Error** errp
struct, so it is printed correctly:

  $ ./qemu-img create -f qcow2 overlay -b ssh://xen/
  qemu-img: overlay: address resolution failed for xen:22: No address associated with hostname

c2eb918e32 block: round up file size to nearest sector
Currently the file size requested by user is rounded down to nearest
sector, causing the actual file size could be a bit less than the size
user requested. Since some formats (like qcow2) record virtual disk
size in bytes, this can make the last few bytes cannot be accessed.

This patch fixes it by rounding up file size to nearest sector so that
the actual file size is no less than the requested file size.

2af0b20056 ssh: use BlockDriverState's AioContext
Drop the assumption that we're using the main AioContext. Use
bdrv_get_aio_context() to register fd handlers in the right AioContext
for this BlockDriverState.

The .bdrv_detach_aio_context() and .bdrv_attach_aio_context() interfaces
are not needed since no fd handlers, timers, or BHs stay registered when
requests have been drained.

For now this doesn't make much difference but will allow ssh to work in
IOThread instances in the future.
