2fc7eb6897 qboot: rebuild based on latest commit
df22fbb751 ("qboot: update to latest submodule") updated the qboot
submodule from a5300c49 to 8ca302e8. However, qboot isn't built during
the QEMU's build process but rather is included in binary form. So
rebuild it here.

5983021eb6 qboot: update to latest upstream
This also brings in two patches that Debian had to include,
qboot_stop_using_inttypes.patch and qboot_no_jump_tables.diff.
